So, the last few weeks have been relatively busy. I have been cutting down my hours at my summer job in order to fit in with my university timetable, I went to Spain for a week too. Whilst being so busy and not using my time as wisely as I should be, I have just been looking for quick ways to eat and those quick ways have necessarily been healthy. Today is the first Monday of the month and it seemed like a great opportunity to begin being healthy again. Starting with a smoothie. Depending on how it goes, I will be posting a smoothie of the day.
2 Bananas, 1 beetroot, 1/2 a cucumber, 1/2 a mango, some spinach, some blueberries, some ginger and some mixed seeds.
Then blend. I use a Vitamix or Nutrilbullet.
